New Patient Checks

When you register with the surgery, if you are over 40, or have complex needs, or are on regular medication, you will be offered a health check with a nurse or health care assistant, who will discuss your medical history. Please bring a sample of urine for testing at your health check.

We run regular health checks for coronary heart disease, diabetes, asthma, hypertension, diet and weight problems, smoking cessation, well woman and well man clinics with our nurses.

Our nurses have specialist areas, so please ask to make an appointment with the appropriate nurse.

These are now available by appointment with the service during the day on Tuesdays and in the evening on Tuesdays when there is also a walk-in service. Please contact Suffolk Sexual Health for an appointment.
