Practice Patient Partnership

What does the PPG do?

The Integrated Care Board (ICB), who is responsible for commissioning healthcare services in West Suffolk says it wants to put "patients at the heart of their decision making". To ensure that patient's voices are heard, it is essential there is a strong patient group to feed back to the ICB.

At the PPG, we work collaboratively with Hardwicke House Group Practice regarding issues and matters that affect patients.

Patients are encouraged to join the PPG to represent a wide range of health conditions, ages and the interests of carers.
